Blown Away (2019)

Inspired by emotionally meaningful photographs, the artists craft poignant glass pieces that provide illuminating snapshots of who they are.

Channeling their favorite foods, the contestants serve up exploding sushi in a whimsical bento box, ornate glass stands for tacos, and more.

The artists employ techniques like color wrapping, hot sculpting and creating bubbles with baking soda as they craft eye-popping light fixt…

When the contestants design glass robots fit for the future, smashed sculptures and outsize ambitions threaten to crush their chances.

The judges issue a surprisingly tricky challenge: create a drinking glass and decanter that are both visually appealing and functional.

Towels and toothpaste come to life on a grand scale as the contestants reimagine everyday bathroom objects as whimsical works of pop art.

In a surprise partner challenge, the final four contestants pair up to design collaborative pieces that explore the theme of duality.

The artists play with scale, color and texture as they bring to life botanical-themed sculptures that transcend gift shop kitsch.

Inspired by the fluidity and artistic precision of dance, the artists craft kinetic compositions that capture the body in motion.

In the competition's ultimate challenge, the two finalists create an immersive gallery experience, and one is crowned "Blown Away" champion.
